ConfirMED in an Application Service Provider (ASP) Model

ConfirMED ASP is the same application and feature set of our server bases product, only offered in an ASP model (see ConfirMED for application features).

SoftSource recognizes that some healthcare organizations are moving to a more outsourced, or ASP model for various applications.  Transcription outsourcing is one example that has been successful.   Medical record report review and signature is a natural next step.  The distributed nature and the large number of users makes a provider-based "electronic signature and document review" the next ideal candidate for wholesale outsourcing.

The ASP model also allows hospitals and clinics the option to "try" out the software, to see if it meets the needs of their provider community.  In some environments, the ASP model can be very cost effective.
